《内经》论刺法治疗网球肘急性发作的临床研究

Clinical study of the acupuncture methods in Neijing in the treatment of acute attack of tennis elbow

目的:观察《内经》论刺法中"合谷刺"与"齐刺"治疗网球肘(肱骨外上髁炎)的临床疗效。方法:收集2017年3月至2018年3月门诊明确诊断为肱骨外上髁炎且病程<1个月的患者90例,随机分为治疗组"合谷刺"组47例和对照组"齐刺"组43例,采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Mayo肘关节功能评分(MEFS)及红外线肘温测试等方法观察两组治疗前后的变化。结果:两组各有1例脱落。治疗组治愈28例,显效10例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率为93.47%;对照组治愈21例,显效8例,有效6例,无效7例,总有效率为83.33%。两组治疗前后VAS评分、MEFS及红外线肘部温度变化差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:《内经》论刺法中的"合谷刺"与"齐刺"两种刺法治疗网球肘均有效,且能改善患者肘关节疼痛及活动受限的症状,并能降低肘部皮肤温度,但"合谷刺"方法的临床疗效更为显著。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of “hegu needling” and “triple needling” of the acupuncture methods in Neijing treating tennis elbow(external humeral epicondylitis). Methods: A total of 90 patients with a clear diagnosis of external humeral epicondylitis in the outpatient clinic and a course of <1 month from March 2017 to March 2018 were collected, and randomly divided into a “hegu needling” group with 47 cases and a “triple needling” group with 43 cases. Visual analogue score(VAS), Mayo elbow function score(MEFS) and infrared elbow temperature test were used to observe the changes before and after treatment in the two groups. Results: One case in each group dropped out. In the “hegu needling” group, 28 cases were cured, 10 cases markedly effective, 5 cases effective, 3 cases ineffective. The total effective rate of “hegu needling” was 93.47%. In the “triple needling” group, 21 cases were cured, 8 cases markedly effective, 6 cases effective and 7 cases ineffective. The total effective rate of “triple needling” was 83.33%. There were significant differences between the two groups, before and after treatment in two groups in VAS score, MEFS and infrared elbow temperature.(P<0.05). Conclusion:“Hegu needling” and “triple needling” of the acupuncture methods in Neijing treating tennis elbow both are effective, and can improve the symptoms of elbow pain and movement limitation, reduce skin temperature of elbow. The clinical effect of “hegu needling” method is more remarkable.
