补肾地龟汤治疗脾肾气虚型慢性肾炎疗效及对尿蛋白的影响

Effect of Bushendigui decoction in the treatment of chronic nephritis of spleen and kidney Qi deficiency type and its effect on urinary protein

目的:探讨中药补肾地龟汤治疗脾肾气虚型慢性肾炎的效果。方法:选择2016年1月—2017年12月收治的脾肾气虚型慢性肾炎患者84例,分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组接受常规西和中药补肾地龟汤治疗,比较两组疗效及治疗前后患者24 h尿蛋白水平变化。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率为80.95%(36/42),对照组治疗总有效率为54.76%(23/42),组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后6个月,观察组24 h尿蛋白水平为(1.00±0.57)g,对照组为(1.44±0.62)g,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:脾肾气虚型慢性肾炎采用补肾地龟汤治疗能够改善患者蛋白尿,提升临床疗效,值得应用。

Objective: To explore the effect of Bushendigui decoction in the treatment of chronic nephritis of spleen and kidney Qi deficiency type. Methods: From January 2016 to December 2017, 84 patients with chronic nephritis of spleen-kidney Qi deficiency type were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group with 42 cases each. The control group received routine western medicine treatment, while the observation group was treated with routine western medicine and Bushendigui decoction. The curative effect of the two groups and the changes of 24-hour urinary protein level before and after treatment were compared. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate was 80.95%(36/42) in the observation group and 54.76%(23/42) in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups( P <0.05). After six months of treatment, the 24-hour urinary protein level of the observation group was (1.00±0.57) g, and that of the control group was (1.44±0.62) g. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of chronic nephritis with spleen and kidney Qi deficiency type of the patients with Bushendigui decoction can improve proteinuria and enhance clinical efficacy, which is worthy of application.
