不同给药方案对阴道炎患者阴道乳酸菌恢复及复发的影响

Effect of different administration regimens on the recovery and recurrence of vaginal Lactobacillus in patients with vaginitis

目的:观察阴道炎患者应用不同给药方案治疗对乳酸菌恢复及复发的影响。方法:选取阴道炎患者148例,随机分为A组和B组各74例,A组采用甲硝唑治疗,B组采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:B组乳酸杆菌阳性菌落> 1/2面积占比、乳酸杆菌阳性检出率、阳性菌株产H_2O_2乳酸杆菌率、乳酸杆菌(+++)及(++++)占比均高于A组;乳酸杆菌阳性菌落<1/2面积占比、乳酸杆菌(+)及(++)占比、总复发率均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:与甲硝唑相比,乳酸菌阴道胶囊更有利于阴道乳酸菌的恢复,并能明显降低阴道炎复发率,促进患者康复。

Objective: To observe the effect of different drug administration on the recovery and recurrence rate of Lactobacillus in patients with vaginitis. Methods: One hundred and forty-eight patients with vaginitis were selected and randomly divided into group A and B with 74 cases each. Group A was treated with metronidazole while group B with Lactobacillus vagina capsule and their curative effect was observed. Results: The positive Lactobacillus colony >1/2 area proportion, the detection rate of positive Lactobacillus, the positive rate of Lactobacillus producing H 2 O 2 , the ratio of Lactobacillus (+++) and (++++) were higher and the positive Lactobacillus colony <1/2 area proportion, the ratio of Lactobacillus (+) and (++) and total recurrence rates were lower in group B than group A ( P <0.05). Conclusion: As compared with metronidazole, Lactobacillus vaginal capsules are of more benefit to the recovery of vaginal Lactobacillus, and can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of diseases and promote the recovery of patients.
