摘要
超高性能混凝土(UHPC)是指各项性能都远超普通混凝土的一种新型水泥基工程材料.文中提出将UHPC应用于施工栈桥中,使其更为轻巧和耐久.结合在建福厦高铁泉州湾跨海大桥,对UHPC面板结构及连接构造进行了方案设计,通过模型试验,考虑施工荷载,研究了不同配合比材料、配筋率的UHPC面板承载性能,结果表明所设计的UHPC面板足以满足施工栈桥受力要求.
Ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)is a new type of cement-based engineering material whose properties are far superior to ordinary concrete.This paper proposes to apply UHPC to construction trestle to make it lighter and more durable.Based on Quanzhou Bay cross-sea bridge in Jianfu-Xiamen high-speed railway,the UHPC panel structure and connection structure were designed.Through model tests,considering the construction load,the bearing capacity of UHPC panels with different mix materials and reinforcement ratio was studied.The results show that the UHPC panel designed is sufficient to meet the stress requirements of construction trestle.
