摘要
为将冷再生混合料应用到更高层位,考虑将纤维加入到乳化沥青冷再生混合料中,研究其对冷再生混合料疲劳性能的影响.选用五种不同的纤维,以聚酯纤维为代表研究纤维在冷再生混合料拌和中的添加顺序,采用劈裂疲劳试验研究不同纤维对冷再生混合料疲劳性能的影响.试验结果表明,纤维在加水之后添加得到的混合料劈裂强度最高;不同纤维对冷再生混合料疲劳性能影响顺序为:聚酯纤维>聚丙烯纤维>聚丙烯腈纤维>无纤维>玄武岩纤维>木质素纤维.
In order to apply the cold recycled mixture to a higher level,fiber is considered to be added into emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture to study its influence on the fatigue performance of cold recycled mixture.Five different fibers were selected,and polyester fiber was taken as the representative to study the adding sequence of fibers in the mixing of cold recycled mixture.Splitting fatigue test was used to study the effect of different fibers on the fatigue performance of cold recycled mixture.The test results show that the splitting strength of the mixed material added after adding water is the highest.The order of influence of different fibers on the fatigue performance of cold recycled mixture is polyester fiber >polypropylene fiber >polyacrylonitrile fiber >non-fiber >basalt fiber >lignin fiber.
