真空炉温度场分布对碳化钛钢结硬质合金组织和性能的影响

摘要 为了提高TiC钢结硬质合金的力学性能,应用ANSYS软件模拟了真空烧结过程中炉内温度场分布,研究了其对TiC钢结硬质合金烧结产品组织结构和性能的影响。结果表明,真空烧结炉的温度场分布基本规律为炉膛芯部温度高且分布均匀性较好,四周温度相对较低且分布均匀性较差,与实际情况基本相符;前后炉门烧结产品的组织桥接现象比较严重,并含有大量微孔,炉膛中部烧结产品的组织桥接现象大为改善,微孔数量明显减少;在设定烧结温度条件下,尽管存在组织差异,但是由于烧结产品本身的热传导,使得产品性能基本符合预期要求。 In order to improve the mechanical properties of TiC-steel bonded carbide,the software of ANSYS was used to simulate the field distribution of sintering temperature within a furnace and its influence on the microstructure and properties of TiC-steel bonded carbide sintered composite products.The results showed that the basic rule of the sintering temperature’s field distribution as follow,the temperature at the center of the furnace was extremely high and uniformly distributed,whereas the temperature at the margin was comparatively low and distributed with poor uniformity.It was consistent with the reality.The phenomena of bridging and micro holes of the products at the front and rear part of the furnace were evident,it was much better at the center of the furnace.At the given sintered temperature,the properties of the products can meet the prospective requirements due to the products heat conductions although existing organizational distance.
