移动式容器非回转面凸型封头的研制及应用

Development and Application of Non-rotary Face Convex Head for Mobile Container

针对当前常压及低压圆截面罐体罐式集装箱,在满足标准规定的外部尺寸要求的前提下,罐体内容积偏小,导致装载质量小,达不到标准规定的整备质量,运营效率低的问题,研究开发了非圆截面非回转面凸型封头,以增大罐体容积,提高装载量。参照压力容器封头的标准要求,结合有限元分析,确定该封头及罐体的受力状况满足标准要求,经中国船级社的型式试验和后期的用户实际运营对采用该型封头的产品进行了实际验证,满足罐式集装箱相关标准及运营要求,推动了行业的技术进步。

Tanks tank container with circular cross section of the atmospheric pressure and low pressure under the premise of meeting the prescribed standards in external size requirements had the problems of inside capacity smaller,small loading quality,not meeting the standards stipulated by the curb weight,and low efficiency of operation,so it was necessary to develop non-circular cross-section non rotary surface convex head,increase the volume of tank,and improve the loading capacity.The non-circular cross section design method of non rotary surface convex head and development process were introduced,referred to the standard requirement of pressure vessel head,combined with the finite element analysis,determined the head and the stress of the tanks to meet standard requirements,by the actual verification of China classification society type testing and user actual operation in the late of the type the head of the product,it met the requirements of tank container standards and operation,and promoted the industry’s technological progress.
