基于LabVIEW的减速器振动特性分析系统研究

摘要 针对三环式内平动齿轮减速器,开发了一种基于Lab VIEW的振动信号采集及分析系统,实现振动信号的采集、处理和分析。系统采用NI数据采集卡采集振动信号,利用基于lab VIEW开发的分析软件进行分析。实验及分析结果表明,振动信号分析系统可以有效的检测出减速器的固有频率,以及各工作状态下的振动特性,为减速器的机械结构改进提供了理论依据。 For the three-ring parallel moving gear reducer,a vibration signal acquisition and analysis system based on Lab VIEW was developed to realize the acquisition,processing and analysis of vibration signals.The system uses the NI data acquisition board to collect vibration signals,and analyzes the signals using analysis software based on Lab VIEW.The experimental and analytical results show that the vibration signal analysis system can effectively detect the natural frequency of the reducer and the vibration characteristics under various working conditions,which provides a theoretical basis for the mechanical structure improvement of the reducer.
