摘要
伊朗某钢厂双流板坯连铸机生产裂纹敏感性钢时角部缺陷严重,分析铸坯角部缺陷产生的原因及与浇铸现场工艺、设备参数的关系.提出采用外倒角式窄面铜板结构改善铸坯角部传热机理,该铜板不但保证连铸坯角部的缓冷,消除了铸坯角部缺陷,提高铸坯质量,而且减少窄面铜板的磨损,延长窄面铜板使用寿命,提高了企业的经济效益。
The serious defect on slab corner emerges frequently when one Iranian steel company produces crack sensitive steel.The reason of defect on slab corner and the relationship with casting technology,equipment parameter are analyzed.The mechanism of narrow copper plate with outer chamfer is presented to improve the heat transfer between slab and copper.This copper plate not only perfects the heat transfer,removes the defect on slab corner,and enhances the slab quality,but also decreases the wearing of copper plate and extends the lifetime of narrow copper plate,which will boost the economic benefits of steel company.
