摘要
针对部分起重机液压驱动起升机构的制动系统使用寿命短、易损坏的问题,提出了使用PID模糊控制并结合系统响应时间的方法,建立机构的AMESim仿真模型。仿真分析表明,此控制方法能有效的减少起升机构在启动和停止过程中的冲击,不完全依靠制动系统制停,减少对制动系统冲击,从而延长制动系统的使用寿命,降低故障率,在液压驱动起升机构中有较好的应用。
Some of breaking system of hydraulic drive hoisting mechanism has a short service life and is easily damaged,a method bases on system response time and PID fuzzy control is proposed,and a simulation model is established by using AMESim.The simulation analysis shows that this control method can effectively reduce impact of hoisting mechanism in the process of starting and stopping,not entirely depends on breaking system to stop,it can reduce the impact of breaking system,increase of service life,reduce failure rate,has a good practicability in the hydraulic drive hoisting mechanism.
