摘要 某钢厂LF炉升降立柱的底部局部钢板发生开裂。为此,通过ANSYS Workbench Static Structural模块对LF炉炉盖升降立柱的应力状态进行了模拟分析。分析可知,立柱底部开裂部位应力集中现象显著。提出了LF炉升降立柱结构优化方案:将原有的两道筋板增加为四道筋板,在筋板和立柱滚轮滑动面的连接部位增加工艺圆角。优化后的立柱底部应力集中明显降低实践证明该方案在实际生产中应用效果良好。 At the bottom of the lift column of LF furnace in a steel plant,cracking occurred.Therefore,by means of ANSYS Workbench Static Structural module,the stress state of the lift column of LF furnace was simulated and analyzed.The analysis shows that the stress concentration in the cracked part at the bottom of the column is obvious.The structural optimization scheme of lift column of LF furnace was put forward.Increase the original two rib plates to four rib plates.Add the technical rounded angle at the joint of the rib plate and the sliding surface of the column roller.The stress concentration at the bottom of the column decreased obviously after optimization.The optimized scheme was applied to practical production with good results.
