We summarized the contamination,limit standard and determination of mycotoxins(aflatoxins B 1,deoxynivalenol and zearalenone,respectively)in the corn processing.Furthermore,the method of toxic degradation was in-depth discussed.The main purpose was to provide a reference to solve mycotoxins contamination problems for the corn-processing enterprises,feed manufacturers and breeding companies.
