摘要
基于对某强度混合动力系统的结构、工作模式以及各挡位下运行状态的分析,设计了可匹配和满足该混合动力系统工作模式的电子换挡器结构、控制逻辑及其系统控制策略和故障冗余策略,通过建立Simulink系统控制模型,并采用快速控制原型的方式对电子换挡器及其控制策略进行试验分析,以验证该设计的正确性和可靠性。试验结果表明该换挡器及其控制策略可以匹配强度混合动力系统的结构和工作模式,并满足其换挡需求。
Based on analyzing the structure,working mode and the gear running state of one full hybrid system,the paper designs the structure,control logic,system control strategy and redundancy strategy of the electronic shifting device,which could match and meet the working mode of the hybrid system.Through the establishment of the system control model with Simulink and the usage of rapid control prototyping approach,the paper tests the shifting device and its control strategy to verify the correctness and reliability of the design.Test results showed that the shifting device and its control strategy could match the structure and working mode of the full hybrid system,and could meet its shifting demand.
