摘要
为了降低汽车车身电气系统成本,采用飞思卡尔PowerPC架构的32位处理器MPC5604B,为某具体国产车型设计了一款集成车身CAN-动力CAN网关、 CAN-LIN网关、网络管理、车身控制、车身防盗报警、发动机防盗、 TPMS、 RKE、故障诊断等功能于一体的车身控制器(BCM)。分析了集成式BCM主要完成的功能及其所涉及的硬件模块,采用模块化设计思想设计并实现了BCM的软件架构和各项任务,最后以车身控制为例描述了软件设计思路。该设计已经应用于某国产车型,结果表明BCM运行稳定可靠。
In order to reduce the cost of car body electrical system,designed an integrated body control module(BCM)using the Freescale PowerPC-based 32-bit processor MPC5604 B,which includes Body CAN-Powertrain CAN gateway,CAN-LIN gateway,network management,body control,burglar alarm,engine theft,TPMS,RKE,fault diagnosis and other functions.Firstly,the characteristics of MPC5604 B are introduced,and the functions of integrated BCM and its hardware modules are analyzed.Then,the software architecture and the software tasks are designed and achieved with modular design.Finally,the software design ideas with body control as an example are described.This Designed BCM is stable and reliable,and has been used in large quantities in a domestic model.
