整车电气部件啸叫问题分析与整改

摘要 通过对整车电气部件啸叫问题的排查,对实车上产生啸叫的原理进行分析。并在实车上对搭铁系统进行改进和验证。结果表明,电子器件部件的选型和车身搭铁干扰是导致啸叫的主要原因,通过隔离零部件单体搭铁和车身搭铁可以降低啸叫的风险,提高整车客户体验感。 Through the investigation of the howling problem from the vehicle electronic components,causes of the problem are analyzed.The grounding system is improved and verified on the real vehicle.Results show that the selection of electronic components and the interference of body grounding are main reasons for the howling.The risk of howling can be reduced by isolating vehicle parts from the vehicle body ground,then the customer experience can be improved.
