摘要 为了提高燃气轮机运行稳定性及可靠性,基于信息通信技术,进行了燃气轮机远程预警技术的研究,并开发了以马田系统为理论依据的远程预警系统。实际应用表明,该系统能够提前预警人工无法判断的情况以及机组运行中潜在的危险,充分利用大数据对该状况进行原因分析且提供解决方案。该系统的成功运用,为燃气轮机的安全运行提供了保障,同时填补了燃气轮机远程预警领域的空白,具有一定的推广价值。 In order to improve the operation stability and reliability of gas turbines, the remote early warning technology based on the information communication technology(ICT) was investigated. Moreover, the remote early-warning system(REWS) based on the Mahalanobis-Taguchi system(MTS) was developed. The practical application shows that, this system can early warn the situations which the humans cannot judge or the potential danger during the unit operation, and make full use of the large data to analyze the cause and provide the solutions.The successful application of this system not only provides a guarantee for safe operation of gas turbines, but also fills the gap of gas turbine remote warning field, which plays a certain role in popularizing of the REWS.
