营养饮食干预在糖尿病患者中的应用效果及对血糖波动的影响研究

Study on the effect of nutrition diet intervention on diabetic patients and its effect on blood glucose fluctuation

目的探讨营养饮食干预在糖尿病患者中的应用效果及对血糖波动的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2016年1月医院收治的138例糖尿病患者,将其作1～138的编号,用抽签方法分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规饮食干预,研究组采用营养饮食干预。结果研究组患者血糖和尿糖控制效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者护理干预前餐前血糖、餐后2 h血糖差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理干预后,研究组餐前和餐后血糖改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症明显少于对照组(P<0.05);护理前两组患者Barthel评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后研究组患者Barthel评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者应用营养饮食干预,效果理想,对血糖波动影响小,能够减少患者并发症的发生。

Objective to explore the effect of nutrition diet intervention on diabetic patients and its effect on blood glucose fluctuation.Methods 138 patients with diabetes who were admitted to a hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.Routine diet intervention was used in the control group while nutrition diet intervention was used in the study group.Results The controlling effect of blood glucose and urine sugar of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in preprandial blood glucose or 2 h postprandial blood glucose between the two groups before and after the intervention(P >0.05).After nursing intervention,the improvement degree of preprandial and postprandial blood glucose in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Barthel scores between the two groups before nursing(P >0.05)and the Barthel score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of nutrition diet intervention on diabetic patients was good which had little effect on blood glucose fluctuation and could reduce the incidence of complications.
