摘要
分析了某氟利昂装置氯化氢精馏塔(3#塔)的操作运行特点,并针对原控制方案的不足设计了一种改进的先进控制方法。对先进控制器投运前后的APC项目实施效果进行了对比,发现3#塔中间灵敏板温度的平稳性得到了大幅提升,标准方差降低81. 6%,冷媒单耗和热水单耗降幅可分别达到10. 39%、11. 34%。
The operation characteristics of HCl rectification column (No.3 column) in a freon equipment was analyzed. Considering the deficiency of original control scheme, an advanced process control strategy was proposed. Application results show that, the sensitive plate's temperature stationeriness in the rectification column is improved greatly along with a decreased standard deviation of 81.6%, a unit consumption of refrigerant of 10.39% and a decreased unit consumption of hot water of 11.34%.
