摘要
为满足数显倾角仪自动化校准的需求,研发了基于角度编码器的数显倾角仪自动校准系统。自动校准系统采用高精度的角度编码器作为参考基准,通过控制系统控制步进电机带动传动轴,使装夹在夹具上的数显倾角仪转动,由CCD相机识别数显倾角仪的示数。设计机械装置平台,实现调平功能和对不同的数显倾角仪的校准。设计的软件控制系统可实现对步进电机转动角度的控制、角度编码器角度信号的读取以及通过CCD相机进行数字识别等功能。
In order to meet auto-calibration of the digital display inclinometer, a angle encoder-based auto-calibration system for the digital display inclinometer was developed. The auto-calibration system takes a high-precision angle encoder as the reference standard and the stepper motor managed by the control system puts the drive shaft in operation to run the digital display inclinometer on the fixture and then the CCD camera identifies the number of digital display inclinometer. Through designing a mechanical device platform, both leveling function and calibrating different digital inclinometers were implemented, including designing the software control system to realize the control of the rotation angle of the stepper motor, to read angle signals of the angle encoder as well as to identify data through the CCD camera.
