摘要
以经典传热方程为理论基础,结合COMSOL三维热固耦合方法与实测数据,对混凝土受热膨胀产生裂缝进行了模拟分析及计算,得到了混凝土内部温度、最大主应力和最高温度随外界温度变化的函数关系:混凝土温度与外界环境温度的温差最小时,其最大拉应力最小。这一结果能为大体积混凝土施工提供实践指导,合理选择施工周期可以控制混凝土裂缝的产生。
Taking the classical heat transfer equation as the theoretical basis and combining with the COMSOL three-dimensional thermosetting coupling method,the cracks in the thermal expansion of concrete were simulated and calculated.The relationship between the internal temperature,the maximum principal stress and the maximum temperature of the concrete with the external temperature is obtained.When the temperature difference between concrete temperature and external temperature is minimum,the maximum tensile stress is minimum.This result can provide practical guidance for mass concrete construction,and reasonable selection of construction period can control the occurrence of concrete cracks.
