摘要
转换层模板支撑架的基础一般由下一层的普通楼盖承担,但下一层的普通楼盖往往不能满足承载力要求,需要通过楼盖和支撑架再向下传递若干层,形成一个钢筋混凝土结构和钢结构共同工作的混合空间支撑体系。由于目前国内对于类似情况下,各层普通楼盖对荷载的分配规律、楼盖及支撑架应力应变的规律等尚无系统的理论研究,因此施工单位在进行转换层等大荷载钢筋混凝土楼盖模板支撑体系设计时无系统的理论依据。如何科学合理地选用设计参数对支撑架进行设计,并对下部各层楼盖承载力进行验算,达到安全经济的效果,已成为亟待解决的问题。针对这一问题,本文首先通过总结高层建筑转换层施工支撑体系常见研究方式,以期对高层建筑转换层施工支撑体系的研究提供一定的参考;然后结合目前国内外对此问题的研究现状,提出了目前相关研究存在的问题和发展趋势,期望能对我国高层建筑转换层施工支撑体系的系统研究和精细化设计提供参考。
The foundation of the formwork support frame is generally assumed by the ordinary floor of the next layer,but the ordinary floor of the next floor can not meet the requirements of the bearing capacity.It is necessary to transfer a number of layers through the floor and support frame to form a mixed space support system of the reinforced concrete structure and the steel structure.There is no systematic theoretical study on the distribution law of load,the law of the stress and strain of the supporting frame,and so on.Therefore,the construction unit has no theoretical basis for the design of the support system of the large load reinforced concrete floor plate,such as the transfer layer.How to choose the design parameters scientifically and rationally,and check the bearing capacity of the lower floor of the lower floor to achieve the safety and economic effect,has become a problem to be solved urgently.In order to solve this problem,this paper first summarized the common research methods of the construction support system of the high-rise building conversion layer,in order to provide some reference for the research of the construction support system of the high-rise building conversion layer.Then,the existing problems and the development trend of the related research were put forward in the light of the current research status of the problems at home and abroad.It is hoped that it can provide a reference for the systematic research and fine design of the construction support system of high-rise building transfer floor in China.
