新疆地区HIV感染者常见中医证型与CD4^+T细胞亚群细胞因子的相关性研究

Correlation of common TCM syndromes and CD4^+T cell subgroups in HIV infection in xinjiang region

目的:通过本研究开展HIV感染者两种常见中医证型与CD4+T细胞亚群炎性细胞因子的关联性研究。方法:收集2016年1月-2016年12月前来新疆维吾尔自治区中医医院艾滋病研究室收治的HIV感染者,共计72例,其中气阴两虚和气虚湿阻的患者各16例,使用流式细胞技术检测纳入病例血清中细胞因子IL-4和IFN-γ的浓度。结果:HIV感染者气虚湿阻型与气阴两虚型之间IL-4和IFN-γ浓度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:气阴两虚型和气虚湿阻型HIV感染者之间Th1/Th2细胞失衡的程度存在差异。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the common TCM syndromes(Qi deficiency,wet resistance and Qi yin)and CD4^+T cell subgroup cytokines in HIV-infected patients.Methods 32 cases of HIV infection were collected in our hospital in 2016,including 16 patients with Qi yin deficiency and Qi deficiency dampness,and the cytokines IFN-γand IL-4 in the serum were detected by flow cell technique.Results There was a significant difference(P >0.05)in the cells of HIV-infected patients due to IFN-γand IL-4,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion The degree of imbalance of Th 1/Th 2 cells was different between HIV patients with Qi yin and Qi deficiency.
