摘要
羌活为常用中药,用于风寒感冒头痛,风湿痹痛,肩背酸痛。挥发油是其中主要的药效成分,研究挥发油的提取、化学成分、药理作用及挥发油积累的影响因素对于羌活的开发利用有重要的意义。本文总结了近年来羌活挥发油化学成分、提取技术、药理作用及挥发油含量的影响因素等方面的研究进展,并就羌活药材品质的提升、羌活挥发油的药理活性及其功能开发提出了未来的研究方向,旨在为羌活的综合开发利用研究提供参考。
Notopterygium is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine,used for cold headache,rheumatism and shoulder ache.Essential oil is one of the main medicinal ingredients.The extraction,chemical constituents,pharmacological action and factors affecting essential oil accumulation are of great significance for the development and utilization of Notopterygium.This paper summarizes the research progress in the chemical constituents,extraction technology,pharmacological action and factors affecting essential oil content in the past few years,and proposes the future research direction for improving quality,pharmacological activity of the essential oil and the functional development of the essential oil.The paper is to provide reference for the comprehensive research of development and utilization of Notopterygium.
