摘要 近年来,降低油耗和排放的新技术和新方法广泛应用于汽油机,以应对越来越严苛的油耗法规和排放法规。外部冷却EGR技术可以减小泵气损失、降低缸内燃烧温度、提高燃油利用率,大幅度提高了汽油机的燃油经济性,改善排放。选取了一款小排量增压发动机,对进排气系统进行改造,加装一套低压EGR系统,探究低压EGR技术对发动机燃烧和燃油经济性的影响。 In recent years,new technologies and methods for reducing fuel consumption and emissions have been widely used in gasoline engines to deal with increasingly stringent regulations on fuel consumption and emission regulations.The external cooling EGR technology can reduce the pump gas loss,reduce the combustion temperature in the cylinder,improve the fuel efficiency and other advantages,greatly improve the fuel economy of the gasoline engine and improve the discharge.In this paper,a small displacement supercharged engine is selected,and a low pressure EGR system is installed to explore the influence of EGR technology on engine combustion and fuel consumption.
