摘要
随着我国第四阶段油耗限值法规的发布,整车油耗提升压力增大,变速器效率对于整车燃油经济性的影响越来越突出。车辆运行中变速器效率随工况及外界因素的改变而改变,在保证车辆性能的同时,调整外界因素改善变速器运行效率是提高整车经济性的途径之一。基于AVL动力总成台架,对变速器效率高精度测试方法进行了研究,分析了各因子(传感器、半轴、润滑油等)对变速器效率和动力总成匹配的影响,通过引入正交设计试验方法,对变速器的效率影响因素进行了验证。
With the release of China's fourth stage fuel consumption limit regulations,the optimization of Specific Fuel Consumption became an urgent issue and the transmission efficiency plays a more and more important role in the vehicle fuel economy.The transmission efficiency is various with the change of working conditions and external factors while the vehicle running.It's a feasible way to improve the vehicle fuel economy to optimize the transmission efficiency with adjusting relative external factors while ensure the vehicle performance.Based on the AVL powertrain bench,the high efficiency test method of the transmission efficiency is studied.The influence of each factor(sensor,drive shaft and lubricating oil)on the efficiency of the transmission is analyzed.By introducing the orthogonal design test method,the influencing factors of the transmission efficiency were verified.
