摘要
为了提高冷试时发动机NVH测试的检出率,降低误报率,采用理论分析和试验研究相结合的方法,分析了NVH测试与NVH测试的工艺、传感器布置、发动机零部件等方面的关系,探索降低误报率的合理方案。结果表明:NVH测试与多种因素有关,在设备投入使用前期,进行风险规避,可以降低后期成本浪费,提升NVH测试检出率,确保冷试可靠性,利用外置NVH测试系统进行举例说明。
In order to improve the detection rate of NVH testing during the cold flow test and reduce the rate of false positives,with the help of theoretical analysis and experimental research,authors discussed the relations among NVH test with the NVH test process,position of each sensor,working conditions and engine parts,and explored the reasonable scheme to reduce false positives.The results indicate that NVH test relates to many factors,risk avoidance before the equipment is put into use may reduce costs,improve NVH test detection rate and ensure the cold test's reliability.
