摘要 针对弧面玻璃屏扫光工艺中出现的划伤、白点、台阶、未扫透等系列问题,从扫光机结构、工作原理以及现场反映问题出发,分析了导致扫光良率不高的因素。对扫光机上盘结构进行优化,同时对比原设计与优化后的上盘结构的数值计算结果。优化后,上盘最大变形量由0. 014 4 mm降低到0. 008 0 mm,且弧面玻璃屏受力变形量趋于平稳,提高了扫光盘工况下平面度;并且优化后的真空吸盘加工工艺性能提高,工序复杂度降低,加工成本降低。扫光实验数据表明:上盘结构优化后,将在一定程度上提高良品率。 In view of series of problems such as scratches,white spots,steps and not swept through presented in the process of curved glass screen scanning,based on the structure,working principle and field reaction of the scanning machine,the main factors led to the low yield were analyzed.The structure optimization of the disc was carried out.At the same time,the numerical analysis results of the upper disk before and after optimization were compared.It is shown that:the maximum deformation of the upper plate is reduced from 0.014 4 mm to 0.008 0 mm,and the force deformation of the curved glass screen is very smooth.The new plate can improve sweep disc condition flatness.And the new vacuum plate processing technology have improved.So the process complexity is reduced,the processing cost is decreased.The data of the scanning experiment show the yield rate can be improved to some extent with the new upper plate structure.
