摘要
针对目前国内膨胀节试验装置仍停留在只能对小口径试件试验的现状,设计出一套能进行大通径、复式试验的装置。介绍大型膨胀节试验装置总体方案设计,重点分析其液压系统的组成、工作流程和特点。同时进行液压缸、油泵等重要元件的参数计算,为试验装置液压系统的设计、选型提供理论依据,也为同类大型设备的液压系统设计提供参考。
In view of the fact that the expansion joint test device in China was only used to test small caliber test pieces,a set of device was designed for big diameter and double tests.The overall design of the large-scale expansion joint test device was introduced.The composition,working flow and characteristics of the hydraulic system were emphatically analyzed.At the same time,the parameters of the hydraulic cylinder,oil pump and other important components were calculated.It provides a theoretical basis for the design and selection of the hydraulic system of test device,and also provides reference for the hydraulic system design of similar large equipment.
