摘要
采用工序集中对轴承座工艺路线进行优化,并针对工艺装备系统提出了改造方案,即在原有FANUC数控系统基础之上,增加PLC、工业机器人系统,通过三者之间的两两通信,实现各控制单元的分工协作,以满足轴承座工件的输送、上下料及加工过程的全自动需求。经实际运行,该改造方案极大地降低了工人的劳动强度,具有较强的工程实际应用价值。
The process-route of the shaft bearing was optimized using process-centralized,and an improvement scheme relative to the technology equipment was put forward which included three control units of PLC,industrial robot system and the existing FANUC NC system.All control units ran efficiently in collaboration with each other to meet the full automatic requirement of the delivery,loading/unloading and processing.The actual operation shows that the transformation scheme greatly reduces the labor intensity of the workers,and has a strong engineering practical value.
