摘要
幼儿教师职业幸福感与幼儿园课程设置、师幼互动、专业成长等因素密切相关,文章通过对两位华德福教师的访谈,从幼儿园课程设置、一日活动安排、师幼互动、教师专业成长角度对幼儿教师获得职业幸福感提供了华德福教师的实例参考,并做了较深入的理论分析。
Preschool teachers’professional happiness is closely related to kindergarten curriculum,teacher-child interaction,professional growth and other factors.The article provides examples of Waldorf teachers’professional happiness from the perspective of kindergarten curriculum,one-day activities,teacher-child interaction,and teacher professional growth,and makes in-depth theoretical analysis.
