摘要
以水雾化法制备的FeSiCr合金粉末为原料经绝缘包覆后进行压制和不同温度热处理制备磁环和磁条样品,考察了热处理温度对其性能的影响。研究发现,随着热处理温度的升高,FeSiCr合金材料的磁导率和绝缘性能呈现先升高后下降的变化。800℃和1000℃热处理FeSiCr合金材料分别获得最大磁导率和最佳绝缘性能,当热处理温度达到1200℃时材料磁导率显著下降。随着热处理温度升高磁条强度升高,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱分析仪(EDS)分析可知,在热处理过程中由于铬(Cr)原子的扩散氧化作用而获得致密的(Fe, Cr)x Oy的氧化膜,而Si元素基本没有发生扩散。
Magnetic ring and strip were prepared from insulation coating FeSiCr particle by molding and heat treating at different temperatures,and the effects of heat treatment temperature on its properties studied.The research shows that the initial permeability and insulation of FeSiCr material increase firstly and then decrease with the rising of heat-treatment temperature,and the permeability and insulation reach maximum around 800℃ and 1000℃,respectively.The permeability and insulation decline very quickly as the heat treatment temperature increases to 1200℃.As the heat-treatment temperature rises,the bending strength of the material increases.From the analysis of SEM and EDS we found that the dense(Fe,Cr)xOy oxidation film can be formed by the diffusion and oxidation of Cr atoms in the process of heat-treatment,and in this process,almost no diffusion occurs in Si element.
