摘要 为了探究高体积分数碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料(SiC/Al-MMCs)的切削力特性,对50vol.%SiC/Al-MMCs进行了车削实验,分析了切削参数对切削力大小和波动的影响,研究了积屑瘤与切削力的关系,并通过建立SiC颗粒与刀具之间的相互作用模型解释了背向力大小和波动程度增加的原因。研究表明:增大切削速度对主切削力大小影响不大,但会导致背向力增加,同时加剧切削三向力的波动程度。前刀面积屑瘤会导致切削力增加,并且发生周期性脱落,造成切削力和积屑瘤高度具有一致的变化趋势。 In order to study the cutting force characteristic of high volume fraction silicon carbide particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites(SiC/Al-MMCs),50vol.%SiC/Al-MMCs was used for turning experiment.The influence of cutting speed on cutting force and its fluctuation was analyzed,and so was the relationship between build-up edge and cutting force.The interaction model established in this paper between SiC particles and tool can explain the increase of the radial force and its fluctuation.The results show that increasing cutting speed has little effect on the main cutting force,but it will lead to the increase of the radial force and fluctuation of three-dimensional cutting forces.The build-up edge on the rake face will increase cutting force,and the periodic shedding phenomenon of build-up edge can lead cutting force to show the same variation trend as the height of build-uo edge.
