摘要
为了提高机床加工效率,减少切削过程中的机床震动和刀具的加减速运动,保证零件表面质量,提出了一种适用于空间复杂曲面的等残留量连续平滑加工路径规划方法。基于5轴加工技术和STL三维模型,对模型进行切分,计算路径点,生成螺旋线,并经过刀具补偿,形成连续平滑刀路。该规划方法可以在空间复杂曲面加工中实现刀路的平滑连接,有效地减少刀具的无效运动和机床震动,使刀具承受更加稳定的载荷,提高零件加工效率,并能获得较高的零件表面质量。
In order to improve the machining efficiency,reduce the machine vibration in the cutting process and ensure the surface quality of the part,an equal residual smooth path planning of space curved surface is proposed.Based on the five-axis machining technology and the STL three-dimensional model,the model is segmented,and the path points are calculated to finally form a tool path.The planning method can realize the smooth connection of the tool path in the machining of complex space surfaces,effectively reduce the invalid motion of the tool and the vibration of the machine,improve the machining efficiency,and can obtain better surface quality.
