飞机零件三维模型检查模板的配置及应用技术研究

摘要 零件三维模型的质量控制是一个典型的多指标多层次的综合评价问题,其影响因素繁多且具有不确定性。为了保证零件三维模型的质量,研究了基于MBD的检查模板配置技术,设计了零件三维模型质量控制的决策过程。分析了飞机零件三维模型在全三维制造过程中的质量要求,并通过4个子模型进行分类归纳。综合运用多种检查项的决策方式,采用模块化、可定制的检查模板配置方式,表示出全面的零件模型检查要素,最终实现"快速查找-模糊搜索匹配-模板可定制"的检查模板配置流程。解决了并行工程中的零件三维模型的不规范性。配置好的检查模板最终经过发布成为企业的标准化文件,具有约束性,并可以进行继承和创新。 The quality control of parts 3D model is a typical multi index and multi-level comprehensive evaluation problem,with various and uncertain factors.In order to ensure the quality of 3D model for parts,the configuration technology of check template based on MBD was studied,the decision process of quality control for parts 3D model was designed.The quality requirements of the 3D model for aircraft parts in the whole 3D manufacturing process was analyzed,which was classified and summarized by four sub models.Using multiple decision method of check items and modular and customizable configuration mode of check template,the comprehensive parts model check elements were showed.Finally,"Check up quickly-fuzzy search matching-customizable template"mode for check template configuration was put forward.The nonstandard of the 3D model for the parts in the concurrent engineering was solved.The configured check template was eventually published as a standardized document of the enterprise,which is constrained,and can be inherited and innovating.
