摘要
以实现三维工艺为目标,分析三维工艺技术要求,提出一种基于加工特征分类与映射的三维工序模型生成方法,并面向加工特征实现NC自动编程。研究了设计特征和加工特征的内在联系,对设计特征和加工特征进行分类并关联工艺信息,基于属性邻域子图匹配的方法构建加工特征与设计特征之间的映射算法,成功完成设计特征与加工特征之间的转化。构建工艺知识库,制定标准的工艺模板,实现加工工艺与加工特征的对应匹配,完成三维工序模型的生成及NC自动编程。最终基于UG二次开发软件模块以验证上述方法。
In order to achieve the goal of three-dimensional process and analyze the requirements of 3D technology,a 3D process model generation method based on processing feature classification and mapping is proposed,and NC automatic programming is realized for machining features.The inner connection between design features and processing features is studied,the design features and processing features are classified and the process information is associated,and the mapping algorithm between the processing features and the design features is constructed based on the method of matching the neighborhood subgraph of attributes,and the transformation between the design features and the processing features is successfully completed.The technical knowledge base is constructed,the standard process template is formulated,the corresponding matching of processing technology and processing characteristics is realized,and the 3D process model is generated and NC automatic programming is completed.Finally,based on the two development software module of UG,the above methods are verified.
