基于特征分层拓扑排序和改进蚁群算法的工艺路线研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对工艺路线决策中多约束问题,提出了一种基于特征分层拓扑排序和改进蚁群算法的优化方法。首先分析零件的特征关系,其次将特征包含的工序元分层拓扑排序并建立加工资源最优模型,最后改进蚁群算法信息素更新规则并对工艺路线进行设计和实例验证。结果表明:与普通蚁群算法相比,采用基于特征分层拓扑排序和改进蚁群算法得到的工艺路线,满足加工顺序约束和加工资源约束,具有良好的收敛性、可靠性。 To solve the problem of multi-constraints in process route decision-making,an optimization method based on feature-based hierarchical topology sorting and improved ant colony algorithm is proposed.Firstly,analyze feature relationships of components.Secondly,the process elements contain in the features are sorted to hierarchical topology and set up an optimal model of processing resources.Finally,improve pheromone update rules for ant colony algorithm,design and validate process routes.The result shows that the process route based on feature hierarchical topological sorting and improved ant colony algorithm is satisfied to meet the processing sequence constraints and processing resource constraints,and has good convergence and reliability compared with the common ant colony algorithm.
