摘要
针对制造质量控制理论问题,首先分析了传统休哈特控制理论,提出了联合休哈特累积和控制方法;其次为了简化控制理论的实施过程及建立质量预测环境,提出利用R语言绘制质量控制图并进行质量分析与控制。然后结合采集的汽车花键轴加工质量数据建立Holt-Winters模型,对未来质量数据进行预测和评估;最后以汽车花键轴制造为例,说明了该预测模型是准确高效的,可以有效防止加工浪费。
Aiming at the problems of traditional manufacturing quality control theory,the traditional Huhart control theory is analyzed firstly,and the joint Hart accumulation and control method is put forward.Secondly,in order to simplify the implementation process of the control theory and establish the quality prediction environment,the quality control chart is drawn with the R language and the quality analysis and control is carried out.Then,the Holt-Winters model is set up based on the processing quality data of the automobile spline shaft,and the future quality data are predicted and evaluated.Finally,the model of the automobile spline shaft is taken as an example to show that the prediction model is accurate and efficient,and this can effectively prevent processing waste.
