基于T-S模糊故障树的刀架系统可靠性分析 被引量:5

摘要 为解决数控车床历史故障数据难以全面且精准获取,并且考虑到车床各系统故障状态呈现多态性,提出了应用T-S模糊故障树分析方法,对车床刀架系统进行故障率以及各零部件重要度分析。首先基于刀架系统结构组成以及专家调查构建T-S模糊故障树模型;利用查阅的历史故障率数据,构造各部件模糊失效子集;然后基于T-S门逻辑和各部件各模糊失效子集,计算顶事件不同状态下的模糊失效可能性以及分析顶事件不同状态下各部件的模糊重要度,找出影响整机可靠性关键部件。最后以某型号的车床刀架系统为例,找出了影响整机可靠性水平的关键部件,为后续可靠性研究提供一定参考。 In view of multi-source heterogeneity and missing data of historical failure data in machine tool fault statistics and taking into account the polymorphism of machine system faults,a T-S fuzzy fault tree analysis method was proposed to analyze the failure rate and the importance degree of the machine tool.Firstly,the T-S fuzzy fault tree of the tool-carrier system was constructed.Then,obtaining the basic incident fuzzy failure rate of all parts of the tool-carrier system and the degree of failure probability of the top event by expert investigation method.Then the fuzzy failure rate was calculated according to the basic event.The possibility of event ambiguity and the importance of basic events were fuzzy.Finally,the weak links that affect the reliability of the system when the system is under different fault conditions are analyzed according to the degree of fuzzy importance.The analysis results are in accordance with the actual conditions of the machine tool and can provide reference for the design and overhaul of the machine tool rest system.
