网络型圆草捆打捆机控制系统关键技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 以圆草捆打捆机控制系统为研究对象,提出了基于台达工业物联网平台DIACould网络型圆捆机控制系统设计思路,系统由PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)、HMI(Human Machine Interface)、传感网络、电液阀门、网络模块及GPS模块等构成。工作时,传感网络采集打捆机动静器件状态,PLC根据传感网络获取信息,按照逻辑程序发出相应控制命令,HMI人机交互,电液阀门负责输出打捆机各部件动作,网络模块完成云平台信息交互,GPS模块采集位置信息,实现了打捆机作业状态远程监控、位置定位、远程熄火、故障远程报警、工作量云存储及画面监控等。试验结果表明:系统数据实时高效传输,系统稳定运行,可为打捆机控制系统网络化、智能化提供理论支撑与技术支持。 Taking control system of round baler as research object, a design scheme of the control system of round baler was put forward based on Delta Industrial Internet of things platform called DIA Could. The system is composed of PLC, HMI, sensor network, electromagnetic valve, network module, GPS module and so on: Sensor network gathers Static and dynamic devices state of round baler, according to information obtained and logical program, PLC issues control command, HMI is responsible for human-computer interaction, electromagnetic valve can output actions of the various device of round baler. Operation information of round baler is transmitted by network module based on DIA Cloud platform, and GPS module collects the location information. Remote monitoring, location, remote flameout, remote alarm, workload storage, video monitoring and so on are realized. The experimental results showed that operation data of round baler could be transmitted in real time and efficiently, and the system ran stably which could provide theoretical and technical support for networking and intelligentialize control system of round baler.
