摘要
对移栽机苗盘输送控制系统进行了研究,分析了位移误差的产生和修正方法。由于取苗机构位置固定,采用1台三菱PLC控制两台电机的控制方案实现苗盘的横向和纵向输送功能。利用GX Developer仿真软件完成PLC的控制程序设计,控制器通过发出带方向信号的脉冲指令操控两台步进电机带动苗盘横移、纵移,使苗盘的运动与取苗机构有效配合,实现了自动化取苗。同时,采用PLC软件与触摸屏软件联合仿真,实现了运行参数的实时显示。
In this paper, the seedling tray conveying control system were studied, the displacement error and correction method were analyzed.Due to taking seedling mechanism fixed position,we use the solution of one mitsubishi PLC control two motors to achieve the function of seedling plate horizontal and vertical transmission. We use GX Developer simulation software realize the control of PLC program design.Controller control two stepper motors drive the seedling plate transverse and longitudinal shift through the pulse signal with the direction of instruction,which make the movement of seeding and the taker cooperation effective and achieve automation.Joint simulation software of PLC and touch screen software, realize the real-time display of the operation parameters.
