摘要
以液压式联合收割机电气控制系统为研究对象,分析了联合收割机工作原理,设计了液压式联合收割机液压系统及其电气系统的整体结构,实现了电气控制系统的PLC设计。收割试验结果表明:在联合收割机作业过程中,切秆刀具、一级二级喂入的转速比较平稳,切秆刀具转速在730r/min上下,未出现异常情况;系统有效降低了小麦漏割和漏粮现象,损失率在3%以下,验证了液压式联合收割机电气控制系统的可靠性。
It takes the electric control system of hydraulic combine harvester as the research object,first analyzes the working principle of the combine harvester,then designs the whole structure of the hydraulic system and its electrical system of the hydraulic combine harvester,and finally realizes the PLC design of the electrical control system.The actual harvest test results show that during the operation of the combined harvester,the rotation speed of the cutting tool and the first grade two level is more stable,and the cutting speed of the cutting tool is not abnormal.In addition,the system effectively reduces the phenomenon of wheat leakage and grain leakage,and the loss rate is below 3%,and the hydraulic combined collection is verified.The reliability of the electrical control system of the cutting machine.
