多杆驱动打穴机构的仿真分析与试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前国内移栽机被动冲压式打穴机构工作效果不佳及多边形滚动效应影响穴孔稳定性的问题,设计了一种多杆式打穴机构,并通过计算得到多杆机构的结构参数。利用Solid Works Motion对机构进行运动学分析,得出当机构前进速度为800mm/s、曲柄转速为65r/min时,打穴机构驱动打穴器形成滚摆线轨迹,打穴器在打穴时能够保持相对地面静止。对打穴机构进行动力学分析,得出装载配重时机构驱动力矩的变化规律,经样机制作试验,多杆机构能够控制打穴装置按照滚摆线轨迹运行。对机构进行大田试验,得到当钻孔器转速为120 r/min、车速600 mm/s、湿度为50%时,穴孔的稳定性最佳。 The multi-rod active mechanism was designed in this paper in order to solve the problem of polygon rolling effect on hole stability which caused by passive punching mechanism,.The structural parameters of multi-rod mechanism were obtained by calculation.After the kinematic analysis by Solidworks Motion,we got the conclusion could found that the drilling device can walk out of the cycloidal track when the forward speed of the mechanism was 800mm/s and the rotational speed of the crank was 65r/min.The dynamic analysis of the mechanism was carried out,and the change rule of the driving torque of the mechanism was obtained.The physical prototype was made.after test,the track of roller cycloid achieved by multi-bar mechanism.The field experiment was conducted on the mechanism and the hole stability was best when the drill speed was 120r/min,the vehicle speed was 600mm/s,and the humidity was 50%.
