摘要 针对花生荚果固定床干燥设备风道内流场分布不均匀的问题,提出了一种基于流体力学的结构优化方案。通过在烘干箱风道内加装一定数量的匀风挡板,可有效提高风道内风量分布的均匀程度。依据烘干现场的机型,构建三维几何模型,测得箱内27个测点的模拟值与实际测量值均方根误差为0.163m/s,最大绝对误差为0. 46 m/s,验证了分析模型的准确性。根据不同的优化方案模拟了27种改造后的烘干箱内流场分布情况,得出最优组合方案:在6m长的烘干箱内加装6块长度为1m、板间距1m,将风道均匀划分的匀风挡板,对比改造前后的气流不均匀系数降低了49.44%。该试验结果可为固定床烘干设备风道均匀性的研究及优化提供参考。 In order to solve the problem of non-uniform distribution of the flow field in the air ducts of fixed-bed drying equipment for peanuts,a structural optimization scheme based on fluid dynamics was proposed.By adding a certain number of uniform baffles in the air duct of the drying box,the uniformity of air volume distribution in the air duct can be effectively improved.According to the model of the drying site,a three-dimensional geometric model was constructed.The root mean square error of the measured value and the actual measured value of the 27 measuring points in the box was 0.163 m/s,and the maximum absolute error was 0.46 m/s.The accuracy of the analytical model was verified,and the distribution of the flow fields in 27 types of reconstructed drying boxes was simulated according to different optimization schemes.The optimal combination scheme was obtained:6 pieces of length were installed in the 6-m-long drying box.1m,plate spacing 1m,evenly dividing the air duct uniform baffle.The field test showed that the non-uniform coefficient of airflow before and after the contrast transformation decreased by 49.44%.The test results can provide reference for the study and optimization of the duct uniformity of the fixed bed drying equipment.
