摘要
热风式枸杞烘干机有较高的性价比,市场上常用其进行枸杞鲜果的烘干,常见的热风式枸杞烘干机按烘干室结构不同可分为箱式及带式枸杞烘干机。为此,针对箱式枸杞烘干机工作过程中由于流场分布不均匀导致枸杞干果品质参次不齐及枸杞由于其含糖份较高在烘干过程中出现粘黏的问题,在带式连续烘干机的基础上,对带式枸杞烘干机烘干室结构进行优化设计。同时,采用CFD软件FLUENT对两种烘干室内的气流分布状况进行模拟分析及对比,仿真结果表明:带式枸杞烘干机烘干室内流场分布较均匀,改进后的烘干室有效解决了枸杞烘干过程中出现的粘黏问题,保证了枸杞烘干品质,验证了模型的可行性。本研究为优化热风式枸杞烘干机烘干室的设计研究提供了理论依据。
Due to the high cost performance of hot air dryer,it is commonly used in the market to dry the medlar.The common hot air dryer can be divided into box type and belt type drying according to the structure of the drying room.In view of the problems that the adhesion and the uneven distribution of the flow field during the drying process of the medlar causes the poor quality of the dried fruit,and the problem of the high sugar content causes the stickiness in the drying process.On the basis of the continuous dryer,the structure of the drying chamber of the belt type dryer is optimized.The CFD software FLUENT is used to simulate and compare the airflow distribution in the two type drying chambers.The simulation results shows the flow field in the belt type medlar dryer is evenly distributed.At the same time,the improvement of the structure of the drying room effectively solves the adhesion problem that occurs during the drying process of the medlar,it is ensures the medlar drying quality,and verifies the feasibility of the model.This article provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the design and research of the drying room of the medlar dryer.
