摘要 喷杆喷雾机在田间正常作业时,由于地面不平产生的激励会传递到喷杆上,导致喷杆的振动问题。为此,对一种喷杆结构进行了拓扑优化,从喷杆的内部材料布局出发,得到最合理的喷杆材料分布,通过优化喷杆自身的结构来改变喷杆的固有频率,使喷杆的固有频率远离激振源的共振频率区间。以材料的畸变能密度为优化目标,在ABAQUS软件中采用变密度法对初始喷杆结构进行了结构拓扑优化设计,并对优化前后喷杆结构的动力学特性进行了比较,验证了此次拓扑优化的合理性。结果表明:在该喷雾机喷杆的质量减少16.3%的情况下,喷杆的1阶固有频率增加了9.56Hz,有效避开了激振源的频率区间,减轻了喷杆的振动。本文可为喷雾机喷杆的动力学特性研究与结构优化提供理论依据。 In view of the problem of boom vibration caused by uneven pavement, topology optimization of a boom structure was carried out. According to the layout of the internal material of the boom, the most reasonable internal distribution of the boom material was obtained. By changing the structure of the boom itself, the natural frequency of the boom was changed, so that the natural frequency of the spray boom could be far away from the resonance frequency range of the excitation source. Taking the distortion energy density of material as the optimization objective and the variable density method was applied to the topology optimization design in the ABAQUS software, and the dynamic characteristics of the optimized boom structure were analyzed, which verified the accuracy of the optimization results. The results showed that when the mass of the sprayer was reduced by 16.3%, the first natural frequency of the boom increased by 9.56Hz, which effectively avoided the frequency range of the excitation source and reduced the vibration of the boom. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the study of the dynamic characteristics and structural optimization of the sprayer boom.
