摘要 在农业生产过程中,农业机械的控制系统对机械装备自动化程度和参数调整起着重要的作用。为此,设计了一种基于PLC的全自动移栽机自动控制系统,通过PLC控制移栽机自动移动穴盘、自动取苗、投苗及分苗器与栽植器的有效耦合等工作流程,并详细地介绍了此控制系统设计原理、结构组成及控制流程图。试验结果表明:该系统得到自动取苗成功率平均值为96.0%,自动分苗成功率平均值为97.2%,自动移盘成功率平均值为1 0 0%,自动推空穴盘成功率平均值为9 3.3%,达到了旱地穴盘苗作物的移栽要求。 In the process of agricultural production, the control system of agricultural machinery plays an important role in automation degree of mechanical equipment and parameter adjustment. This paper designs an automatic control system for automatic transplanting machine based on PLC. PLC will control transplanter automatically to do the following working processes, such as the movement of the plug tray, automatic seedling picking, seedling dropping and the effective coupling of the seedling separation machine and the planting apparatus. This paper introduces the design principle and structure of the control system in detail as well as its control flow chart. Finally, the test shows that the average automatic seedling picking success rate through this system is 96.0%;the success rate of automatic seedling separation is 97.2%;the success rate of automatic moving of plug tray is 100% and that of the automatic pushing plug tray is 93.3%. They can all meet requirements for transplanting plug tray seedling crops in dry lands.
