摘要
水稻精量直播机能够降低劳动强度、增加作业效率、提高播种质量,其理想的播种效果是出苗一致且均匀,因此对播种精度提出了更高的要求。为此,设计了一种基于播量控制模型的水稻播种控制系统。通过试验建立水稻播量与其多影响因素间的数学模型,将其作为控制播量依据。以PLC为核心,霍尔测速传感器实时检测速度信号,依据控制程序中播量控制模型,控制排种电机转速,且工作参数可实时在触摸屏上显示,为智能化大型水稻直播机的研制提供基础。
Rice precise-drill machine can reduce the labor intensity, increase efficiency and improve the quality of sowing, the ideal seeding effect is the emergence of a consistent and uniform, therefore,it puts forward higher requirements on precision of seeding. For this purpose, a control system based on sowing control model is designed. In this paper, the mathematical model of rice sowing quantity and its influence factors was established by experiment, and it was used as the core basis of control sowing. The PLC controller is the core, hall speed sensor signal real-time detect the speed of machine, PLC control on the speed which is based on the sowing control model.Working parameters can be real-time displayed on the touch screen.This paper can provides the basis of rice precise-drill machine.
