两段圆锥式螺旋扶蔗机构的设计与仿真分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究扶蔗机构的工作性能,优化扶蔗器结构参数设计,建立了运动学模型。使用Solid Works,设计两段圆锥式螺旋扶蔗机构虚拟样机,应用ADAMS仿真工具,进行了运动学及力学仿真试验及高速摄影试验验证。结果表明:输送段安装角为30°~60°范围内,甘蔗不跌落;输送段安装角为60°,甘蔗扶起到最高点为4.1s,效率最高;螺旋倾角为45°时,甘蔗均匀受到螺旋叶片的作用力,无跌落现象;螺距有效范围为270~290mm,螺距为285mm时,受力情况以及扶起变化最稳定,扶起效果最好。 In order to study the working performance of sugarcane support mechanism and optimize the structural parameter design of cane support device, a kinematics model was established.By using SOLIDWORKS, a virtual prototype of two-stage conical screw cane support mechanism was designed. The kinematics and mechanics simulation tests were carried out by using ADAMS simulation tool, and the high-speed photography test was also carried out.The results show that sugarcane does not fall in the range of 30 °-60 °, in which the angle of installation is 60 °, the highest point of cane is 4.1 seconds, and the efficiency is the highest, and when the angle of helical inclination is 45 °, the sugarcane is subjected to the force of spiral blade evenly.The effective range of pitch is 270mm-290mm, and when the pitch is 285mm, the stress and lift are the most stable, and the lifting effect is the best.
