微振扰动式农用干燥机的研究与关键部件设计 被引量:2

摘要 农产品种类繁多,物料的流动性、粒径、形状等参数变化较大。针对干燥作业中物料在进料口易产生自动分级和布料不均匀、干燥室出料口断面处质量流量和水分不均匀等问题,设计了微振扰动农用干燥机,采用振动排料机构,使干燥室出料口断面积为干燥室断面积的15%~20%。设计微振扰动系统,增大了干燥室顶层物料的锥顶角,增强干燥室内物料的流动性。稻谷干燥性能试验测试表明:烘后品质优于国家标准。通过调节振动排料机构与出料口的间隙,还可干燥粒径不同的农产品,实现"一机多用",且通过调节振动电机频率,可以在线调节排料量,有利于智能控制。 A wide variety of agricultural products,the flowability, particle size and shape of material vary greatly.According to the problems during drying such as automatic classification and uneven distribution of material at inlet,uneven distribution of mass flow and moisture of cross section at discharge outlet of drying chamber etc.,the agricultural dryer of micro-vibration disturbance was researched and mechanism of vibration discharging was applied so that the section area of material outlet of drying chamber was 15~20% of that of drying chamber. The system of micro-vibration disturbance was designed in order to increase cone angle of top material and enhance the flowability of material in drying chamber. Test of drying performance for paddy has showed that the drying quality is better than that given in the national standard. Agricultural products of different sizes can be dried by adjusting clearance between the mechanism of vibrating discharging and material outlet,and one unit multipurpose can be realized.Meanwhile,the discharge quantity can be adjusted online by changing frequency of vibration motor and intelligent control can be achieved.
