饲料中添加复合枯草芽孢杆菌制剂对蛋鸡生产性能及血清中Ca、P含量的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为探讨复合枯草芽孢杆菌制剂对蛋鸡生产性能及血清中钙(Ca)、磷(P)含量的影响,试验选用39周龄产蛋鸡240只随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,1组饲喂基础日粮为对照组,2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加1.0%、1.5%、2.0%复合枯草芽孢杆菌制剂,预试期为7 d,试验期28 d。试验期间测定蛋鸡生产性能,在试验后的1、14、28 d测定血清中Ca、P的含量。结果表明:(1)试验2、3组产蛋率和平均蛋重分别较对照组提高3.79%、4.56%和12.81%、13.52%(P <0.05),试验2、3组的料蛋比分别较对照组降低11.86%、15.42%(P> 0.05),试验2、3、4组商品合格率和日均采食量均高于1组(P> 0.05)。(2)在试验后的14、28 d,试验2、3组血清中Ca含量分别较对照组提高18.78%、20.17%、6.69%、11.15%(P <0.05),在试验后的1、14、28 d,试验2、3、4组血清中P的含量均高于1组(P>0.05)。综上所述,在基础饲料中添加1.5%复合枯草芽孢杆菌制剂可以提高蛋鸡生产性能及血清中Ca、P含量。 In order to explore the effect of compound Bacillus subtilis preparation on production performance and serum Ca and P content,240 laying hens with 39 weeks old were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 3 repetitions in each group,20 of each repeat,and 1 group was fed on basic diet as the control group.The 2,3 and 4 groups were added 1%,1.5%and 2%compound Bacillus subtilis in the basal diet,the pre test was 7 d,and the test period was 28 d.The performance of laying hens was measured during the experiment.The contents of Ca and P in serum were measured at 1,14,28 d after the test.The results showed that:(1)The laying rate and average egg weight of group 2 and 3 increased by 3.79%,4.56%,12.81%and 13.52%,respectively(P<0.05).The ratio of egg to egg in the 2 and 3 groups were 11.86%and 15.42%lower than that in the control group(P >0.05).The qualified rate and daily average intake of products in groups 2,3 and 4 were higher than those in 1 group(P >0.05).(2)In the 14,28 d,the levels of Ca in the serum of test 2 and 3 groups were increased by 18.78%,20.17%,6.69%and 11.15%respectively(P<0.05).At 1,14,28 d after test,the levels of P in serum 2,3 and 4 groups were higher than those in 1 group(P >0.05).To sum up,adding 1.5%compound Bacillus subtilis to the basal diet could improve the performance of laying hens and the content of Ca and P in serum.
